is an additional service that CPC offers as a courtesy to the client
& through a third party vendor.

Staffing
Service Staff is optional, but is suggested for hot meals for more than 20 guests. The benefits of staffing are numerous; makes a great impression on your guests, and you get to relax & enjoy your event. When staffing is ordered, the chafers, buffet tables, setup, cleanup and breakdown are all included. We have suggested staffing requirements which the event coordinator recommends, based on your menu and guest count. In order for an event to run smoothly, we highly recommend you adhere to the recommended staffing. Our Service Staff is mature, professional, and knowledgeable and hold current TABC certifications. Our staff cleans the room thoroughly at the end of each event including sweeping floors, washing dishes, hauling trash & wiping down countertops. Chef Pete Catering’s high standards for employment require; starched white shirts, clean hygiene, no smoking, no alcohol consumption, background checks, sanitation gloves when handling food, dependability and friendliness. Our pricing structure is as follows:
$25 per hour/4 hour minimum

Chef Pete Services
All staff time includes setup time, service time, and cleanup/breakdown time. Gratuities are not included in staff time.

Bar/Alcohol Packages
When
considering alcohol for your event, there are several options you may choose
when planning your event and budget.
Supply
Your Own Alcohol
Depending on the venue for your event, you may choose
to supply your own beer, wine & liquor. When the client supplies their own alcohol, Chef
Pete Catering may supply TABC bartenders to pour and serve
your guests. As an added service, CPC can supply you with a Recommended Shop
List based on your guest count.This
will help you with quantities for all your alcohol, mixers &
garnishes.This is the best way to go,
if you are on a minimal budget.
Bar
Packages
This is the easiest route if you do not have the time
to shop for, purchase and transport your alcohol. Depending on how many guests you are planning
for, getting your own alcohol & mixers can be a very labor intensive and
time consuming task. Chef Pete Catering teams up with a licensed TABC
distributor of liquor.The fees for this
service are based on alcohol type and service time. A bartender fee is mandatory at $30 per
hour/4 hour minimum.The following are
